Our wonderful 15th and 16th floor apartments are located in this premier Santa Monica location directly across the street from Santa Monica’s beautiful sandy beaches ON OCEAN AVE next to the famous Santa Monica Pier with unobstructed 360-degree views OF the beautiful Santa Monica coastline and Pier.
